- Customers are advised to maintain their own backup and compliance processes.
6. Support & Warranty
- Standard support is available Monday–Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm AEST, with after-hours assistance available by prior arrangement.
- Hardware and installation warranties are subject to supplier terms and may vary by device.
- Any issues should be reported via our official support channels.
